Product Owner (iOS & Android) - Healthcare Software

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in iOS and Android app development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the development of our therapy software, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch, while managing the product backlog and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in B2B environments involving clinics, doctors, and therapists, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision and roadmap of our therapy software, ensuring strategic alignment with user and business needs.
• Work closely with hospitals, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, insights, and feedback.
• Translate stakeholder input into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog, working in close collaboration with the development team to ensure timely feature releases.
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and collecting post-launch feedback.
• Organise training sessions, webinars, and workshops for users and key stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate the software's benefits and features to prospective users.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in the healthcare or medical software sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and therapy procedures.
