Gilead Sciences is a research-based biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of innovative medicines.

Following a call with Adrienne Luongo back in February 2022, it transpired that you had a number of MD requirements within Oncology Clinical Development. These roles had been open for a number of months, and these gaps were preventing the progressive development of the Oncology pipeline.

Following our initial call with Adrienne, we were presented with the opportunity to work across 2x specific MD searches within Early Oncology Clinical Development on a contingent basis. Both roles were filled swiftly, with both candidates starting in April and May of the same year.

Since these initial 2x placements, we were retained by Stephanie Sigan, working closely with Kourtney Aiello, to fill 2x additional specialist searches within your Clinical Quality team. Most recently we filled a niche search in Process Sciences.
