The framework must evolve to meet the challenges of becoming a more established industry player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and education
  • Market-specific adaptation
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • External medical engagement
  • General medical management
  • Supporting the implementation of global initiatives and medical projects
  • Expanding regional presence for product launch and reimbursement

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • A degree in Medicine or Surgery (preferred) or an advanced life sciences qualification, such as a PhD or PharmD.
  • At least 10 years' experience in pharma/biotech, either in a similar role or with significant Medical Affairs expertise.
  • Proven leadership in managing people, with MSL management experience being highly desirable.
  • Established medical leadership, recognised by peers and external experts as an authority in your field.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong record of success in cross-functional teams.
