A leading healthcare data analytics company is seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to expand its Real-World Evidence (RWE) & Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) services. This executive role will drive business growth, client engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy & Growth: Own P&L, develop commercial strategy, and expand service offerings.
- Client Development: Engage C-suite executives, secure high-value contracts, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Build and scale a high-performing team of consultants, economists, and analysts.
- Market Positioning & Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry forums and develop key insights.
- Regulatory & Scientific Expertise: Ensure compliance with evolving industry regulations and leverage emerging data sources.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in RWE, HEOR, or healthcare consulting with a strong track record in business development.
- Proven ability to scale consulting businesses and lead high-performing teams.
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related fields.
