Location: Southern Germany (with travel across the region)
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Competitive Commission + Company Car Allowance

Your Role:
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in engaging medical practices, introducing them to its solutions, and ensuring they are set up for success. This is a hands-on sales role that goes beyond traditional methods, requiring you to deeply understand the customers' needs and craft tailored approaches to meet them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales & Account Management: Build relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers, selling our innovative software and hardware solutions.
- Customer Success & Onboarding: Work closely with practices to onboard their teams and support patient integrations.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly targets, with a competitive commission payout based on percentage of target achievement.
- Market Development: Identify and approach high-potential practices through a mix of cold calls, in-person visits, LinkedIn campaigns, and email marketing.
- Strategic Campaigns: Collaborate with the team on regional campaigns to maximise market penetration and awareness.
- Empathy-Driven Sales: Understand the unique challenges faced by healthcare providers and provide solutions tailored to their practice needs.
- Travel & Networking: Spend significant time on the road in Southern Germany and surrounding areas, building a strong network within the healthcare community.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales within the medical device or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market.
- Empathetic and consultative sales approach, with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and managing regional campaigns.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models and onboarding processes is a plus.
